Terms of Service
The following document outlines the Terms of Service for any client working with Creative Word PR.
For the purposes of this agreement:
‘client’ refers to a business or individual who has agreed to use Creative Word PR’s services to complete a project, as agreed either verbally or written via emails or a proposal, under the terms of this agreement
‘project’ refers to an agreed set of work to be completed by Creative Word PR as requested by the client
‘agreement’ refers to the Terms of Service which are outlined in this document and agreed between Creative Word PR and the client
Thank you for selecting Creative Word PR to provide support with your PR or content writing project. During this project, Creative Word PR will carry out the works as agreed in the project proposal handed out during initial discussions.
Any additional activities outside of the agreed sign off are outside the scope of this agreement. Activities can be cancelled at any time, with one month’s written request.
The agreed project fee will be outlined in the quote and will take in to consideration hours needed for research, document preparation and sign off. Additional services and hours may be provided on your request, at an additional fee of £40 per hour.
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is to be paid up-front prior to any work beginning. The remainder will be billed at the completion of the project (terms net 7).
Should you choose to terminate the project at any time, Creative Word PR will be entitled to payment for all time invested up to that point.
Indemnities: Creative Word PR agrees to indemnify and hold the client harmless with respect to any claims or actions by third parties against the client based upon material prepared by Creative Word PR, involving any claim for libel, slander, piracy, plagiarism, invasion of privacy, or infringement of copyright, except where any such claim or action arises out of material supplied by the client to Creative Word PR.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Creative Word PR harmless with respect to any claims or actions by third parties against Creative Word PR based upon materials furnished by the client or where material created by Creative Word PR is substantially changed by the client. Information or data obtained by Creative Word PR from the client to substantiate claims made in media shall be deemed to be “materials furnished by the client”. The client further agrees to indemnify and hold Creative Word PR harmless with respect to any death or personal injury claims or actions arising from the use of the client’s products or services.
Please be aware by agreeing to use my services you are automatically agreeing to these terms and these terms of service will continue for future projects.
